defending yourself to other people- manipulation, narcism, and learning boundaries

BEFORE YOU START READING THIS
remember..
you are important.
you are amazing.
and you are worth loving.. but you have to love yourself.
please please share this with people you care about that also need help.

Always feeling like I have to defend myself, and don’t want to offend people.
If you feel this need for acceptance, especially at the cost of loving who you are and being yourself, you need to let go of this relationship.

Changing, creating boundaries, not allowing people to make you feel less than who you are, less than a whole wonderful worthy person: these are parts of life that are mandatory for us to grow and mature.

learn about how people can manipulate you and you don't know it. "it's all in your head"

realizing what relationships are healthy, and which people add no value to your life, or only add negative and "eggshell" you. (make you feel like you have to walk on eggshells around them.)
