Chronic fatigue

I feel like my exhaustion is just wearing me down. Weighing me down. Time to push through and wash the windows

where did God come from?

Answer: There is nothing in the Bible that says God the Father is a created Being or that he made Jesus Christ. If something or someone created him then not only does it mean he is not deity (by most people's definition), but it also begs still more questions like who or what created our God?
Something has always had to exist, whether it is matter or spirit (e.g. God), intelligent or inanimate. This is because (in a principle going back to ancient Greek philosophy) something can never come from or out of nothing. A vacuum or void can never produce matter.

    Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

    God is very specific. The things should be thinking about are only positive things that will speak into our lives and make us whole from within. Whatever we allow ourselves to feed and nurture us with is what will spill out into the person we are on the outside. These are the things and the ways and the words and the visuals we are going to show the people around us. 

    What is true. We are not supposed to let lies be part of our lives. Always seek truth. 

    What is noble. Do not let ourselves be rude and selfish. 

    What is right. We know the different between wrong and right. We know exactly what is morally ok and what is not. We can play the "naive" card all we want, but we know better. 

    What is pure. hmmmm.. so much to say and think about on this one. We know what purity He calls us to. Mental, physical, emotional.. what we wear, what we allow to poison our minds, purity of heart.. Social media, just sayin'. Just because it's "not us" doesn't mean it's "not us". There is always ALWAYS some truth to everything that is said or posted. 

    What is lovely. Lovely is not in the eye of the beholder. Lovely is in the eye of the Father. True beauty shines from within. 

    What is admirable. What do you admire in the people you look up to?
    Mirror that. Mirror God. Mirror people you want to be like. God puts those people in your life for you to have someone to guide you in His ways.

The "check engine" light is not the problem. It's alerting you that there is a problem.
i like this analogy! dark check engine light. but that does make me think, when our bodies are telling us something, we need to find out what is causing the "light" or "red flag", as it were.

Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.

*Anxiety is a signal alerting that it's time to pray.
keep in mind.. all the rules we think there are with praying.. there are no rules with praying. you don't have to be on your knees, or at a certain time of day, or say certain words like "thee, thy, thou" or "dearest God in heaven". He knows who you are, so He knows when you're being fake and when you're truly bringing your heart in front of Him. 

*I don't always have the power to control but I always have the power to surrender.
TRUTH

You can't fix everything, but you can surrender to a God who cares.

If it's on your mind, it's on his heart.
He can hear every single persons voice and respond to each one separately.
He knows the sound of His child calling.

Bible verse from today- Joshua 24

In verse 15 it says "But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve."

Basically you are free to choose the way you're going to live your life, what you are going to believe is truth, who or what you think is in charge of everything. 

then ends "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord"

But this is the truth we believe in, the truth of what God has done, and I will lead my family in this way.

In the next verse 16 "then the people answered, 'Far be it from us to forsake the Lord to serve other gods! It was the Lord our God himself who brought us and our fathers up out of Egypt, from that land of slavery, and performed those great signs before our eyes. He protected us on our entire journey and among all the nations through which we traveled. And the Lord drove out before us all the nations, including the Amorites, who lived in the land. We too will serve the Lord, because he is our God.' "

Basically, these people have SEEN God at work. They have lived it, they have witnessed it, they have  been part of ages of Him leading them. Who on earth would not want to follow a God who has always been faithful? 

This also lead me to ask- what have been the blessings that God has done in my life? 
What have I seen him do?
What have I lived and witnessed that has been because of Him? 
1. He's given me a strong godly man to call my husband, in my time of searching and asking. Once, I took it in my own hands. When I finally gave up and said "God, your turn". After all my failures, He brought Brian back into my life. My family and his family are wonderful, and he truly shows me over and over again how much we are made for each other. 
2. I have let God lead my medical journey, and it's been pretty awesome.
3. God has given me a voice to share with others, the ability to do it on a multi-use platform: social media. It's very hard for me to open my mouth and talk, but it's so much easier for me to want to share my truth using the internet. Not even JUST that He gave me a voice for it, He has put me in multiple life situations and opportunities, and now He wants me to share them, share the pains and joys and the knowledge that I've gained from what I've been through.
4. God has guided me into ministry. I have been able to do 5 mission trips; 4 international and 1 local. These are not including small things like volunteering in the soup kitchen, or helping pack boxes of food, and/or random acts of kindness. 
5. Leading us to this home in the perfect location. A couple of neighbors who are really great, just outside of town, close to school, my husbands work, easy to get to for family, just redone, we have land to use and take care of, near a laundromat, near an art school and college. 
6. The friends I have I would not have met in any other way.

an awesome message from this movie is that it only matters what God wants us to do, not people.

when people are rejecting you, they are rejecting who God made you to be.

you are being rejected because of who you are, not because of anything you've done.

why blend in when you were born to stick out?

God uses the most unlikely people to do big things.

Colossians 1:16
