"you sleep too much" life with chronic fatigue and other comorbidities

Sometimes people say this and don't realize it can be hurtful in a way.
We don't want to be tired all the time, we don't like being exhausted.. but this is the way life is, and I'd like to shed some light on it. 

when you wake up sweating and can't cool yourself down, it's hard to sleep
when you have restless legs and even your medication isn't helping
when you go to bed early and then can't fall asleep for hours
when you wake up in the middle of the night and are wide awake

when your anxiety and depression sap all of your energy
when you have a good physical day and do a lot of things like chores, gardening, exercise, etc
when you are in pain because of the weather changes
when you have your period (obviously, only the female body)
when your hormones are all over the place

but wait, there's more..

there's always more.
thats' why it seems we sleep too much.
