Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons?

My husband opened a family round table meeting one night with this question and my two oldest kids had a jaw drop and mind blow moment. :) lol.

Think about it.
Belly buttons come from being born.. they are the end of the umbilical cord cut off and they are basically a scar from when you were attached to your mother on the inside.
