it's hard
my heart
my soul
are so weak
and trying to be strong

help

i find strength in close people
i find strength in validation
i find strength in knowing the God who made me will never desert me
i find strength knowing that even when i want to ball up into a corner, hugging my knees and crying..
He's there

I find strength in tears
I find strength in fresh air
I find strength in soft kitty fur

i find strength in the touch of my husband
gentle
reassuring
...

so low
dragging me down
depression
anxiety

please leave me alone
